Melbourne dished out all types of weather as Cairnlea played host to the 2020 ACA GC President’s Eights. The event proved to be very competitive as players dealt with the varying conditions. Lester Hughes took out a closely fought First Eights from Owen Dickinson and Torben Bak. The Second Eights produced another close result with Peter Freer winning from Barry Jennings. The Third Eight resulted in a more comfortable win to Michael McKenzie and the Women’s Eight went to Mary McMahon.
