BOARD DIRECTOR

Croquet Australia is seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our board of directors. As a board director, you will play a crucial role in guiding the strategic direction of croquet in Australia ensuring financial stability, and upholding our commitment to corporate governance and social responsibility.

 Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic oversight and guidance to the executive team, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and objectives.
• Review and approve annual budgets, financial reports, and major business decisions.
• Monitor corporate performance and risk management, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Represent Croquet Australia to stakeholders, investors, and the public, fostering positive relationships and enhancing croquet’s reputation.
• Act in the best interest of members, employees, and participants.

 Qualifications:

• Proven experience serving on boards of directors or equivalent leadership roles.
• Understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices.
• Ability to analyse complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, and transparency.
