This 2025 award recognises a volunteer who has made an outstanding contribution to a sporting organisation, club, team, or program over the past year. Nominees should have willingly given their time for the good of their organisation, croquet, and community, and without financial gain.
The overall objectives of the Croquet Australia Volunteer of the Year Award are to: 1. Recognise, acknowledge, and celebrate the contribution of croquet volunteers to croquet 2. Elevate the visibility of the importance and impact of volunteers 3. Showcase the diversity of volunteering opportunities and croquet volunteers 4. Educate members on the opportunities to volunteer in croquet and encourage them to volunteer
Applications will be sought monthly with an Annual Volunteer of the Year presented to the recipient at the Annual General Meeting.
